2. Reservations & Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only upon explicit written or verbal confirmation from Zest Stays 1056 via WhatsApp, phone, or email. We reserve the right to decline any booking without providing a reason.
3. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 12:00 PM (noon) standard. Early check-in subject to availability.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- 24/7 access is available — please inform us of your arrival time in advance.
- Valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory at check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID). Check-in will be refused without valid ID.
- We are required by law to register all guest details with local authorities.
4. Payment Terms
- Accepted modes: Cash or UPI / Bank Transfer.
- Full payment is due at check-in unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- All room rates are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST will be added at billing.
- Credit/debit cards are not accepted.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
⚠️ All bookings are strictly non-refundable. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including cancellations, no-shows, or early check-outs.

6. House Rules
- Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
- No Smoking: Strictly prohibited inside all rooms and common areas. Violation results in immediate eviction with no refund.
- No Alcohol: Consumption of alcohol on the premises is not permitted.
- No Unauthorised Guests: Only registered guests may occupy rooms. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
- No Illegal Activities: Any illegal activity will result in immediate eviction and police involvement.
- Property Damage: Guests are financially responsible for any damage to rooms, furniture, fittings, or common areas during their stay.
- Cleanliness: Guests must maintain basic cleanliness. Daily housekeeping is provided.
7. Liability
Zest Stays 1056 takes reasonable precautions for guest safety. We are not liable for:
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings or valuables
- Personal injury unless caused by our direct negligence
- Service interruptions outside our control (power cuts, internet outages, civil disruptions)
Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
8. Right to Evict
Management may require immediate vacation of the premises — without refund — for: violation of house rules, abusive behaviour, illegal activity, or provision of false information at check-in.
9. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for failure to provide accommodation due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government orders, or civil unrest. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule where possible.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
