The property has 24/7 CCTV cameras in common areas (corridors, entrance, lobby) for guest and staff safety. Footage is stored securely for 30 days and only accessed for security investigations or as required by law enforcement.

Booking information is retained for 12 months after check-out for accounting and legal compliance, then securely deleted. CCTV footage is overwritten after 30 days unless required for investigation.

Our website is served over HTTPS. Booking data via WhatsApp is protected by WhatsApp's end-to-end encryption. We take reasonable precautions to protect your data from unauthorised access or disclosure.
