⚠️ Strict No-Refund Policy
All bookings at Zest Stays 1056 are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances including cancellations, no-shows, late arrivals, or early check-outs. Please read this policy carefully before confirming your reservation.
1. No Cancellation Refunds
Regardless of how far in advance you cancel, no refund will be provided. The full booking amount is forfeited upon cancellation for any reason, including:
- Personal emergency or illness
- Change of travel plans
- Exam rescheduling or postponement
- Flight or train delays or cancellations
- Any other reason whatsoever
2. No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive on your confirmed check-in date without prior notice, your booking will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be issued and the room will be released for other guests after a reasonable waiting period.
If you are delayed, please notify us on +91 88285 87747 or WhatsApp as early as possible so we can hold your room.
3. Early Check-Out
If you check out before your confirmed departure date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights. The full amount for the originally booked period remains due.
4. Late Arrival
Late arrivals do not qualify for any refund or room rate adjustment. Your room will be held until 11:59 PM on your check-in date. If you have not arrived or contacted us by this time, it will be treated as a no-show.
For arrivals after midnight, please notify us in advance so we can make appropriate arrangements.
5. Rescheduling
While refunds are not offered, we may — at our sole discretion and subject to availability — allow you to reschedule your booking to alternative dates. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your original check-in date via WhatsApp at +91 88285 87747. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is considered a gesture of goodwill, not a right.
6. Booking Modifications
Changes to your booking (room type, dates, number of guests) are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing by our team. Modifications that result in a lower total booking value will not entitle you to a partial refund of the difference.
7. Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control — including natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, civil unrest, or epidemics — that prevent us from honouring your booking, we will make our best efforts to reschedule your stay to alternative dates. Refunds will not be issued in such circumstances; however, we will treat rescheduling requests with the highest priority.
8. Property-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that Zest Stays 1056 must cancel your confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances on our part (e.g., property damage, force majeure at our end), we will:
- Notify you as early as possible via WhatsApp and phone
- Offer to reschedule your booking at no extra charge
- Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible — this is the only scenario in which a refund may be issued

✅ Our advice: Only book once your travel plans are confirmed. For exam stays (GATE, IIT interviews, etc.), book as close to your exam date as possible to minimise uncertainty.
